After the day of SPOTLITE Teen Idol, I got another competition somemore. It is the Youth Jam Sony Dance Competition~! Held in Penang Time Square (PTS) 1st floor~ So that's the reason why I was so busy recently~ My time was fully "booked" by these competition! haha. 

The last time of DISASTER Dance Crew for competition was last year 30th August 2010! Still remember that it was an event organize by 100% Studio, the theme [CHEER DA CROWD]~!! 

This year 2011,  5th June, we come out with a brand new DISASTER~ Which added 2 new members, Kenny and Bao Xiu~! We have think of change the name before, but no more name that suit to us. DISASTER, simple and rock~!! =P

This competition limited to maximum 4 persons a team, and song not less than 3 minutes.. We've used to compete together in 5 persons, now we gotta less a person.. 

This is a new challenge to all of us as well~~ 

Maggie was our leader and the choreographer of our dance before she went to UK,

We have to dance in 4 persons,

We are new in choreography~

Well~ I gotta say, we still need more improvement~ =D

Wakaka Crew , the Champion of the Showdown 2010, was the judges of this competition. While waiting for their attendance, in order to entertain everyone (not to be too boring..), they asked for cypher or solo dance. Goodness~ I'm able to dance with the rhythm, not with the freestyle! >.< That's one of the things I need to improve also~ But I'm still playing with the shuffle dance when they played "THE PARTY ROCK ANTHEM"! Not only me, other crew as well! hahaha~ 

Only 8 teams will do for this competition. We're in Number 3~ The judgement from Wakaka is we're all OK, not too good, and not too bad as well.. We have to synchronize for our steps to look clean. While comment from Ah Soo was, DISASTER always has medium and fast music since we're formed. Should try a slower music, emphasize the passion and feels~ And another comment from Jan, after he watched my solo performance in SPOTLITE, said that I should have a stop point for audience to blow up~ (Cause my dance didn't make a chance for them to scream for me. lol)

Tho we're not the winner this time, but we'll never give up~ I'm glad that Bao Xiu and Kenny joined us this time! hehe.. Ashley get to learn all the steps from us after she finished her exam! I'm happy she's back for us~ ; Bao Xiu still coming for training even tho she's going to sit for exam, and try to get all the steps in her mind by the mp3~ ; Kenny become the 1st male waacker with us d~ lol~ By the way, you guys did a great job MY DISASTER!!  I do enjoyed the process to competition with y'all!
